About me

I learned to understand people before I learned to produce visuals.

Before moving into creative production, I spent over 10 years in customer-facing roles across Customer Success, Inside Sales and retail. That shaped how I work today: I listen first, ask the right questions and translate complex information into communication people can actually understand.

Today, I use that background in creative production: turning complex products, systems and messages into visual stories through concept, video, motion, AI-supported visuals and clear creative direction.
